I had a leak that was staining my living room ceiling, and the source wasn't obvious. Eric carefully investigated and discovered that water from the bathroom above was getting through areas around the tub that hadn't been properly sealed by the previous owner. He repaired and sealed the tub, then patched, finished, and painted the damaged ceiling and wall in my living room. What impressed me most was his attention to detail—and the fact that he came back several days later just to make sure everything was still good. Quality work and genuine care for the job. I would absolutely recommend him.
